Sailing Virgins Presents: Checking in/out a charter boat
Sailing Virgins opened their doors in 2016. They operate in the Caribbean, with bases in the British Virgin Islands and Martinique. The company is a collective of sailors who met while working for the largest, most awesome sailing event company in the world, Day 8.
They are affiliates with the American Sailing Association (ASA) and NauticEd. A USVI-based sailing school they also collaborate with is Virgin Islands Sailing School.
Philosophically they believe in positive energy. They think sailing is one of the coolest things that a family or group of friends can do together. Sailing to them is all about spreading this good energy!
“We teach in bite-size chunks. Rather than a few big lessons to ‘nail sailing’, we operate from the principal that sailing is ten thousand small lessons. The joy is when students collect those little lessons. We can set you up well to begin that journey.”
Catch some of their top lessons on this ‘how to’ collection from The Charter Lounge.
In this episode Sailing Virgins gives us an epic rundown of tips for checking in and out when chartering bareboat.
